The project is a proposed church and ancillary use buildings, consisting of the folllowing: 14,216 square foot sanctuary with a maximum seating capacity of 800 people; 2,726 square foot administration building used for church offices; 10,850 square foot fellowship hall with a maximum attendance of approximately 260 people; 22,554 square feet of classrooms, comprised in two buildings; 3,423 square foot existing fellowship home; 271 paved parking spaces; 7 bungalow buildings consisting of 3,136 square feet, and occupied by miscellaneous uses and classrooms; ancillary landscape and on and off-site improvements.
