Document Description
Proposed ozone treatment facility would be housed within a reinforced concrete building about 1700 sq. ft. and include a subsurface ozone contact basin, a wet well, and a valve vault about 16-20 feet deep. These would be located onthe northeast side of the existing concrete apron at the Salt Creek storm drain's outlet. Housed within the wet well would be two submersible pumps. The\h project would also include a 2-ft. high concrete diversion berm along the western edge of the existing concrete apron that would incorporate a small slide gate. East of the berm, 2 intake manifolds would be installed in the area where water would pond. The berm would impound the stromwater and allow it to gravity flow into the wet well where it would be pumped to the treatment facility in 2 8-inch diameter pipes.
