The porposed project is an approximate 2,000 square foot ozone water treatment facility to be located at the Salt Creek storm drain outlet in the City of Dana Point to treat dry weather runoff prior to entering the ocean. The proposed ozone treatment facility would require offsite facilities that include a backwash pipe, and electrical and water services.
