Document Description
CDFG is executing a Routine Maintenance Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Scout Island Outdoor Education Center. The Project will consist of the following maintenance activities:
1. Removing sediment and emergent vegetation from the channel of Pirates Creek.
2. Control 3 invasive, non-native plant species on the banks of the San Joaquin River. The target species are giant reed (Arundo donax), scarlet wisteria (Sesbania punicea), and red gum eucalyptus (Eucalyptus camaldulensis).
3. Install and remove a seasonal canoe launching dock on the San Joaquin River.
