The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a 1601 Stream Alteration Agreement with the Fresno County Office of Education for the County's use of the San Joaquin River. The purpose of the project is to allow the County to perform the following:
1) Pirates Creek Facilities: Construction of a diversion pipeline adjacent to the san Joaquin River low flow channel.
2) San Joaquin Seasonal Canol launching Dock: the launching dock consists of pre-manufactured plastic floats segmented to creat a dock measuring 7.5 feet by 18.75 feet.
