1. A Tentative Parcel Map to divide 160 acres into two parcels for the purpose of conveying property containing existing agricultural-related industries or services, as follows: Parcel 1-7.13 acres and Parcel 2-152.87 acres, in the AE-40 (Exclusive Agricultural - 40 acre minimum) Zone.
