Document Description
The proposed Specific Plan would facilitate the development of seven land use components (Commercial/ Large Scale Retail); General Service/ Commercial; Single Family Residential/ PRD; Multi-family Residential/ Townhouses; Multi-family/ Affordable Housing; Health Center/ Senior Housing/ Assisted Living; and Recreation/ Open Space). The Specific Plan site is proposed to include 195,000 square feet of commercial/ retail uses, an open space area with a water feature/ playground, 28 affordable housing units, 21 single-family units, 32 multi-family/ townhouses, and 75 senior assisted living units.
