Planned Development Permit (PDP) and Vesting Tentative Map (VTM) to subdivide an existing 38.02-acre parcel into 16 individual lots. The project would retain five of the nine existing industrial/business park buildings, a restaurant building, and a fitness center with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 524,995 square feet. An additional five industrial/business park buildings encompassing a total GFA of 1,324,000 square feet and four parking structures would be constructed, as well as associated circulation, utilities, and landscape/hardscape improvements.
