Document Description
Demolition of existing Dealership uses and acquired residential uses. Construction of new lower level and upper level main Dealership building uses totaling approximately 30,837 square feet. Net area of additions to the main Dealership is approximately 24,465 square feet. Construction activities will also implement auto service stalls, wash and detail stalls, driveway improvements, and expanded surface parking and vehicle storage areas, together with supporting landscaping, screening, and utilities/infrastructure improvements. Notable improvements realized under the proposal will also include construction of a new approximately 2-to3 story parking structure, and implementation of additional auto service stalls.
