Document Description
The project is a 180 MW simple-cycle power plant, with four G.E. LM6000 natural gas-fired turbines and associated electrical equipment. A storm water outfall will be installed on Coyote Creek. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0087-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Peter Hansen / Calpine Corp.
