Replace failing culvert (located approximately 200 feet west of Park Ranger's station) in Headlands Day Use Area at Russian Gulch State Park with new plastic corrugated pipe. Existing culvert's failure has compromised the integrity of adjacent road. New culvert will require minor trenching across road, which will be repaved after new pipe is placed.
