Document Description
The project will install bio-engineered bank protection along the south bank of Freshwater Creek, Humboldt County, to prevent bank erosion and failure. The work will be performed only at low tide, while the streambed is not subject to tidal influence, and will be constructed by hand without use of heavy equipment. The project represents a minor alteration to the bank of the stream with no removal of mature, scenic trees, and will have no significant effect on the environment.
