Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Department) proposes to conduct exploratory geologic drilling as part of preliminary design for future work to be conducted on the Sacramento River Bridge and State Route 299 (SR 299). Drilling locations will require work adjacent to the Sacramento River and on two gravel bars within the river. Some minor vegetation removal will be required to gain access to the proposed drilling location on one of the gravel bars. No additional R/W will be required.
