Document Description
Caltrans proposes to widen symmetrically 3.0m out from the existing centerline for a two way left turn lane from the Lucerne Cutoff/Pyle Road to Sayre Avenue. This proposal includes 2.4m shoulders. Collier Avenue will be realigned to meet SR 20 at right angles and across from Lakeview Drive. A retaining wall will be required at Springe Street. The work will require the removal of numerous oaks and require the acquisition of additional right of way. An elderberry will also be relocated.
