Document Description
The operator proposes to construct an industrial building and 13-space parking lot on site at 41791 Osgood Road in Fremont, Alameda County. Alameda County Flood Control Channel Zone 6 Line K-1, an intermittent stream that is vegetated with native and non-native grasses, is located at the west end of the property. A 2 foot wide trench will be excavated to the channel and a 12 inch RCP will be installed to drain the property to Zone 6 Line K-1. The trench will be back filled and compacted and rock rip rap will be placed in the channel below the outfall pipe. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0426 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
