Removal of an existing six (6) foot diameter by 20 foot long culvert on the creek. The project involves regrading the flow line, re-laying the culvert below grade, and pouring concrete up to the top and over the culvert to recreate a roadway that was washed out last winder due to the culvert being plugged; the work will cover approximately 25 linear feet of creek bottom and slopes. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0357 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
