One of the storm drain outlets and the bank stabilization is on the mainstern of Ebabias Creek and the other storm drain outfall is on an ephemeral tributary which enters the stream from the north. The rock rip-rap bank stabilization area will be restored by Prunuske Chatham, Inc. A coconut fiber erosion control mat will be placed under the rock rip-rap to stabilize the soil. Interstitial spaces in the rip-rap will be filled with soil. Planting will include willow cuttings in the sunny areas and dogwood, hazelnut, snowberry, and California blackberry in the shaded areas. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0170 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
