Project consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities; rehabilitation of historical resources, in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer; and minor public alterations in the condition of land, pursuant to Section 15304(a) which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
