Document Description
SAA R3-2002-0312 In order to restore circulation to Keller Lake, the operator proposes to dredge sediment and cattails from around the inlet pipe, off of Oakmead Drive, and around the outlet pipe off of Laguna Street, in the city of Concord, Contra Costa County. Starting at the inlet pipe, an area approximately 195 feet long by 30 feet wide by up to 3 1/2 deep will be dredged. The first 100 feet includes both sediments and cattails and the last 95 feet is only sediments. Only a 10 foot wide band of cattails will be removed from either side of the dredging area. At the outlet pipe an area approximately 100 feet long by 150 feet wide will be dredged.
