Reapir and maintenance of a small portion of the TSD sewer system involving the construction of +/- 690 linear feet of new 24" sewer pipeline to resolve ongoing back-up problems during high flows due to the inadequate grade of the existing piepline. The new pipeline is ocated within the same public rights-of-way as the existing pipeline.
