Document Description
Construction of a freeway interchange at the current intersection will fill an earthen channel that supports 0.24 acre of southern willow scrub and freshwater marsh. The limited habitat within the channel is an otherwise developed area. The project will include restoration of similar habitats at a ratio of 2:1, with the additional requirement that the restoration be done in the general vicinity and adjacent to preserved habitat lands.
