Document Description
Caltrans proposes to dispose of excess State land (Caltrans Parcel Number 013922-01-01), which was acquired by the State through condemnation proceedings in conjunction with Stage 1 of the East Sonora Bypass Project. The parcel is located in Tuolumne County west of and next to Peaceful Oaks Road, between the future alignments of State Route 108 and Sommette Drive. The Final Order of Condemnation was issued on September 24, 2001. Disposal of this parcel is the subject of an eminent domain court case (People vs. Dambacher), and ownership will be conveyed to the adjacent property owner upon environmental clearance and receipt of payment by the State, as specified in the Stipulated Judgement.
