Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the streambed of Hilton Creek, tributary to Crowley lake, to perform the following work/activities: Excavate a pond adjacent to but not within the bed, bank, or channel of Hilton Creek as shown in attachment to the streambed notification, with a backhoe tractor. All excavation is to be done in dry conditions without any impact to Hilton Creek. After the pond has been excavated, the Operator may direct water into the inlet of the pond and through the outlet of the pond.
