Document Description
The operator proposes to install a bridge over an unnamed tributary to Tassajara Creek, off of Highland Road approximately 1.3 miles east of Camino Tassajara Road as part of the construction of a single family house on the south side of the creek. Approximately 100 feet upstream from the drop structure, and 10 feet upstream from the existing road that crosses through the creek, a 53 foot long by 15 foot wide rail car covered bridge will be installed with abutments located on the creek banks approximately 5 feet above the ordinary high water mark. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2002-0282 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
