Document Description
This is a dual-purpose small utilities project, in which the University (Grantor) will grant an easement to Pacific Bell Telephone Company (Grantee) for the purposes of establishing and maintaining underground, at-grade, and/or aerial telecommunications facilities. During Grantee's installation operations, Grantor shall concurrently install underground water service within the Grantee's easement.
