Document Description
The project activity involves pumping water from Class I and II streams in Mendocino County at a rate of 200 to 300 gpm for the purpose of basic data collection, research, experimental management and resource evaluation and will not result in major disturbution to an environmental resource. Water shall be drafted using a mobile pump and returned to the source stream below the point of flow measurement. SAA # R3-2002-0441.
