Document Description
The operator proposes to stabilize the toe of bank on the Salvador Channel, an intermittent drainage that flows to the Napa River, on the east side of Solano Avenue between Luke Drive and Salvador Avenue in the City of Napa, Napa County. The project is excavating the toe of channel using a backhoe or excavator working from the top of bank, to a depth of 2 feet and extending up the toe an additional 2 feet.
