Repair/replace roof, including tiles, flashing, and sheathing, on the historic Custom House at Monterey State Historic Park. Damaged tiles will be replaced with new tiles matching design of originals; all gutters and downspouts will be replaced with a historically compatible style. Project will protect and preserve structure and support continued use and maintenance.
