Document Description
The proposed project will establish a Santa Monica Mountains Open Space Preservation Benefit Assessment Districts No. 1 (District) under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 and Article XIIID of the California Constitution. The Districts proceeds shall fund the acquisition and improvement of natural open space and parkland within the district, as well as brush clearance and other maintenance on lands owned by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy.
