Document Description
Construct wing dams, using natural river rock, across the Kern River to allow water to enter the ditch intake. The eastern wing dam will be approximately 110 feet long and 10 feet wide. The western wing dam will be approximately 160 feet long and 15 feet wide. An opening of at least 20 feet will allow water to flow downstream.
