1. Resolution for General Plan Amendment 00GPA-02 to amend the Tuolumne County General Plan land use designation of a portion of a 9.6+/- acre parcel. 2. Ordinance for Zone Change 00RZ-04 to rezone a portion the 9.6+/- acre parcel. 3. Ordinance for Development Agreement 00DA-01 to amend the existing Development Agreement applicable to the 9.6+/- acre site to allow conversion of an outdoor recreational vehicle storage area into 10,500 square feet of enclosed boat storage. The enclosed boat storage would consist of 30 units, each 12' x 28' in size, and one unit 15' x 28' in size.
