Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of the existing single-family home, associated garage, and vegetation; grading and excavation of soils; and development of a roadway, bridge, and a new 40-unit single-family residential subdivision. Lot sizes would vary from approximately 8,600 square feet (sf) to approximately 33,000 sf. Each lot would contain one custom-designed single-family home, also varying in size from approximately 2,200 sf to approximately 3,500 sf. Approximately 25.5 acres of the project site would remain as open space, which would be maintained by the project Homeowners' Association.
