The City of Woodland plans to improve traffic, operations in the project area, decrease the traffic congestion at the East Street/Main Street intersection, and increase the safety of vehicles egressing from side streets onto East Street/North Street/Lemen Avenue; Phase 2: This phase would be implemented over the long-term, concurrent with implementation of the East Street Corridor Specific Plan land use plan. It includes improvements of Fifth Street (phase 2a) and Cannery Road/Lemen Avenue (phase 2b).
