Document Description
Caltrans proposes to remove sediment that has accumulated upon the existing roadway shoulders, repave the shoulders, and install an asphalt concrete dike on the outer most edge of the newly paved shoulders. This will eliminate the flooding upon the roadway during periods of heavy rains and provide safer road conditions for the traveling public.
