Document Description
The Sonoma National Golf Club consists of an existing 18-hole private golf course with a club house, golf cart barn, employee residence, snack building, and maintenance building. The proposed project includes the renovation of the existing clubhouse with the addition of a new ballroom and other ancillary rooms; the addition of sixty-three guestrooms (varying in size from 640 to 910 square feet) and two presidential suites (each 1,206 square feet) in the center of the golf course in the proposed Casa Luna Inn; a new members' retreat building; a recreation area with swimming pool; children's activity building, pool restrooms and snackbar or building; and two tennis courts with garden. Additionally, a golf academy consisting of a short-game practise facility and instructional center for use by golf club members and Sonoma Mission Inn guests is proposed on an adjacent, 14-acre site on the east side of Arnold Drive.
