Document Description
The proposed project consists of two 8,000 square foot buildings totaling 16,000 square feet of warehouse/light industrial space in the P-1 zone district. The facility will include eight flex spaces for light industrial uses with associated office space, lighting, parking, and landscaping. The project is located along the west side of Live Oak Avenue in the light industry area within the City's Redevelopment Area, between Main Street and Oakley Road. The property to the west is vacant, one of the properties to the north has a single-family residence and the other is part of the Rain for Rent project, the property to the south is a vineyard and to the east there is a vineyard and a vacant field.
