Document Description
Resolution for General Plan Amendment O1GPA-13 to amend the General Plan land use designation of a 1.0+/- acre portion of the 2.3+/- acre site from Public (P) to General Commercial (GC). The remainder of the site is presently designated GC. Ordinance for Zone Change 01RZ-42 to rezone the 1.0+/- acre portion of the 2.3+/- acre site from P (Public) to C-1 (General Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The remainder of the site is presently zoned C-1. Amend Site Development Permit 99SDP-09 to allow the 2.3+/- acre site to be graded, including culverting and filling of a 120+/- foot section of a drainage, which inlcudes .048 acre of riparian wetland. The segment of the drainage proposed to be culverted and filled is located between State Route 108 and Sanguinetti Court.
