Document Description
The 69.5 acre project site in the northwestern portion of Sacramento County would reconfigure the existing acreages to include Employment Center 50 and 65 (50 and 65 employees per net acre, respectively), Highway Commercial, High Density Residential, and open space uses within the North Natomas Community Plan. These land uses would generate approximately 2,240 jobs and 427 residents.
