Document Description
Conditional Use Permit CUP16-001 to allow the development of a gravel parking lot for the Gold Mine Storage flea market located on an adjacent parcel (APN 97-330-04) at 18600 Eagle Ridge Drive. The sit will include 100 parking spaces. A four foot tall black wrought iron fence will be placed along the road frontage with Tuolumne Road and Eagle Ridge Drive. Landscaping will consist of a vine planted along this fence every fifteen feet. The project will retain both oak trees currently on the property. Two signs will be located on the project site: one double-sided 4+/- foot by 8+/- foot (32+ sq. ft.) commercial center sign 8 +/- feet tall advertising "A Goldmine Storage" and other business located along Eagle Ridge Drive within the Tuolumne Light Industrial Business Park. The signs will consist of plywood painted green with yellow text supported by two 4-inch by 8-inch wooden posts.
