Residential, unimproved. GP: Light Industrial (LI) and Homestead Residential (HR). Zoning: M-1 (Light Industrial), RE-3 (Residential Estate, 3 acre min.), O (Open Space) and O-1 (Open Space -1) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
1. Site Development Permit 01SDP-06 for the construction of four light industrial buildings with the following square footage: Building 1 - 22,900+/- square feet, Building 2 -12,350+/- square feet, Building 3 - 19,800+/- square feet and Building 4 - 17,100+/- square feet. 2. Ordinance for Development Agreement 01DA-07 to allow 52,000+/- yards of material, generated by the excavation for the four light industrial buildings proposed in Site Development Permit 01SDP-06, to be used as fill dirt for construction of building pads in the areas to the north and east of the light industrial buildings, and allow two driveways, 20 feet wide and 300 feet long to be graded for access to four building sites, without a plan for construction of buildings in the industrial zoning district as required by Section 12.20.065(B) of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
