SAA 1600-2003-5035-3 The project is located along State Route 20 between PM 38.6 and Pm 45.3 in Lake County, approximately 1.2 miles west of the Colusa-Lake County line. The work will impactt Grizzly Creek and Harley Gulch and their tributaries. Grizzly Creek and Harley Gulch are seasonal drainages and will be dry during the construction period. The project will rehabilitate State Route 20 and excavate sediment from Grizzly Creek.
