The University proposes construction of 89,648 GSF, (75,710 ASF) for 75 new four-bedroom apartments, in a three-story complex, to be occupied by Fall 2004. This addition is to be located adjacent to the existing Village I & II projects, and all three phases will be incorporated into a single complex. Included in Phase III is a 6,479 gross square foot dining facility capable of feeding all residents.
