Document Description
Construction of Phase I of the Physical Education Complex. The project is identified in the Las Positas College Educational Facilities and Master Plan. The project would be developed on 2.3 acres of vacant land located in the central portion of the college property. Two existing parking lots are located adjacent to the project site at the project site's southerly and easterly boundaries, and existing buildings are located northwest and west of the project site. The project would consist of about 55,000 gross square feet and would include a gymnasium, lockers/shower rooms, a combative room, activity rooms, aerobics/dance studio, offices, storage and secretarial/conference space.
