Document Description
An extension to the following project: A two-year extension of a Coastal Development Permit and Special permit (CDP-01-24/SP-01-92) approved October 17, 2002 in association with the second phase of the Shadowbrook acres which are in addition to the ten lots (Lot Nos. 1-10) created by phase one of the Shadowbrook Subdivision (FMS-17-92). Both phases of the subdivision have now been recorded and are filed in Book 23 of Maps, Pages 111 and 112 and Bood 24 of Maps, Pages 35 thru 38. The blanket coastal development permit is for construction of one single family residence each, one story in height (not exceed-ing 24 feet in height of 2,500 square feet gross floor area) on 34 lots within the subdivision. To date, fifteen (15) residences have been constructed. The extension requests that the CDP and SP be extended for 19 of the remaining lots (Lot Los. 25 and 27-30, 32, 37-49) which are presently undeveloped. Lots Nos. 31 and 33-36 were not part of the blanket permit. The project also includes a proposal to allow for placement of a bridge over a streamside management area to provide access to lot 49. All lots will e served with community wa-ter and sewer. If approved, the extension will expire on July 20, 2013.
