Document Description
The City of Santa Rosa has undertaken the Incremental Recycled Water Program to provide for reliable treatment, recycling, and disposal of the wastewater volume from growth anticipated in the General Plans of the communities making up the Subregional System (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, and Sebastopol). The Program will define and evaluate seven alternatives that include a range of components to achieve the Program's objectives.
