IRWP is a program intended to provide treatment, reuse and disposal of wastewater in a reliable, practical manner that provides the best use of water resources, while protecting public health and the environment. Improvements related to the UV disinfection, diversion, and stormwater facilities at the Laguna Treatment Plant, and covered by the URWP EIR are being implemented in 2021.
