Document Description
NOTE: Tiered Draft EIR The City of Santa Rosa adopted the Incremental Recycled Water Program Master Plan to provide reliable treatment, recycling and disposal of the wastewater volume anticipated in the General Plans of the communities making up the Subregional System (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Cotati, and Sebastopol) as of July 2002. The Discharge Compliance Project carries out part of the IRWP Master Plan and intends to provide for continued disposal of the wastewater generated by the Subregional System members in a manner that is reliable and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Discharge volume is based on the IRWP Master Plan and would range from 1,100 to 4,500 MG in the driest and wettest years on record, respectively, which is consistent with the System's current NPDES permit.
