Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-14092-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Vivian Stapp, Jackson Family Wines. The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from the Navarro River to an onstream reservoir. One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Navarro River to an onstream reservoir. Water is diverted for frost protection and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. Water is diverted to storage for frost protection and irrigation under State Water Resource Control Board, Division of Water Rights Permit 20563. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the existing water diversion infrastructure
