Relocation and reconstruction of a 7.5 mile segment of an existing liquid fuel pipeline, to reduce the risk of water supply contamination at the San Antonio Reservoir. New pipeline segment will be approximately 6 miles long, similar to the existing pipeline segment, except further north and farther away from the San Antonio Reservoir. The pipeline would be buried to a typical depth of four feet.
