Electrical prmit to provide electricity to a winery process wastewater disposal facility to be constructed to collect and dispose of the effluent generated by the wine making process. The disposal facility consists of a collection system wherein the solids are removed through screening, the wastewater is clarified, then piped to a constructed wetland and artificially lined storage pond, and disposed of through evaporation.
